A Flex, or “S” shot, will actually change direction during its flight. It’s useful on holes with lots of obstacles because you can shape the throw to wind through them.

Backhand Flex

A slight anhyzer thrown softly to allow the disc to “fade” in the opposite direction at the end of the flight. Increase the angle for more stable discs.
