Hyzer

A hyzer is when the disc is released with the outer edge angled down and away, causing the disc to turn out from your body during its flight.

Backhand Hyzer

With a similar motion to the “straight backhand”, lean forward at the waist to adjust the disc angle down, and aim to the inside of the target.

Forehand Hyzer

With a similar motion to the “straight forehand”, lean forward at the waist to adjust the disc angle down, and aim to the inside of the target.
