Flex

 

A Flex, or “S” shot, will actually change directions during its flight. They’re useful on holes with lots of obstacles because you can shape the throw to wind through them.

Backhand Flex

A slight anhyzer thrown soft to allow the disc to “fade” the opposite direction at the end of the flight. Increase the angle for more stable discs.

Forehand Flex

A slight anhyzer thrown soft to allow the disc to “fade” the opposite direction at the end of the flight. Increase the angle for more stable discs.
