Anhyzer

An anhyzer is when the disc is released with the outer edge angled up and away, causing the disc to turn in toward your body during its flight.

Backhand Anhyzer

With a similar motion to the “straight backhand”, lean backward at the waist to adjust the disc angle up, and aim to the outside of the target.

Forehand Anhyzer

Similar to the “straight forehand”, raise your arm to create an overhand motion to increase the angle, and aim to the outside of the target.
