A hyzer is when the disc is released with the outer edge angled down and away, causing the disc to turn out from your body during its flight.
With a similar motion to the “straight backhand”, lean forward at the waist to adjust the disc angle down, and aim to the inside of the target.

Face the basket, plant your toe behind your lie, and stretch out to the side with the other leg. Using a forehand grip, but less reach back, use a flicking motion with your arm and wrist to make your up shot.
